We’ll explore powerful yoga techniques, coupled with a breathwork flow, balance your energy in a deep meditation and take a look at energy-sustaining foods. At the end of the mini-retreat, we’ll sit down together for an adaptogenic feast… all of this held at the DL Powered Yoga studio on the river in Surrey – a tranquil setting to fully recharge for the afternoon.
