RECIPE: I AM FESTIVE Cinnamon Nut-Butter Cookies

Makes: 10-12 cookies

Nut Butter Cookies

Cookies always make me smile, especially simple ones with a hint of spice. These cinnamon nut-butter cookies are a one-bowl, 4-ingredient dream. You’ll wonder why you have ever lived without them.

What you’ll need:
+ 2 cups of gluten-free oats
+ 1/2 cup maple syrup
+ 1 heaped tbsp cinnamon
+ 1 cup crunchy peanut butter
+ Pinch of celtic salt
+ Pinch of love

Or simply… Pre heat the oven to 180 and line a baking tray with greaseproof paper.

Add all ingredients to a large bowl – stir everything and mix until well combined.
Next take small palm sized amounts of your cookie dough, roll into a ball and flatten onto the lined baking tray.

Bake in the oven for 20 minutes on gas mark 180.
