WELL + HAPPY was founded by me; Chelsea Parsons. With over 10 years in the corporate world, in particular, the high-intensity industry of media + advertising, my mind and body knew it was not a sustainable way to work and live. I spent most days dreaming about the other life I’d created in my mind – one where I did what I loved every single day.
I trained and qualified as a Kinesiologist, Yoga Teacher, NLP Practitioner and Performance Coach; grew fascinated about the power of the mind + body and in turn how the lifestyle we lead affects everything – and then, after much procrastination about leaving an incredibly well paid career; I jumped ship, because I told myself that I could do it.
Well + Happy started life as a popular health and wellness resource. As a plant-based chef, I’ve taken Well + Happy to retreats around the world; educated and inspired on sustainable wellbeing and run various pop-ups and events throughout the year. Coupling feel-good on a plate, alongside multiple moments of happiness, is my passion.
I now help people worldwide live more fulfilled and happy lives by harnessing the power of the mind, positive affirmation, energy + consciousness and the wellness connection through the joy of happy food, coupled with positive + conscious eating.
